Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast I consider myself primarily self taught though I attended art school at USM. I am a mixed media artist working in acrylics, spray paint and whatever else I can find that gets the image from my imagination to the canvas. Art For The Jilted Generations is the second part of of a simultaneous showing of a two and a half year long body of work featuring abstract portraits of musicians that have helped shaped my life and art by providing the soundtrack that I sing way off key to when stuck in traffic, the shower or any other time that hopefully no one else is around for.
